She leads the agency with a hands-on, strategic approach to representation, relationship building, and long-term career development. With expertise in cultural anthropology and a deep commitment to the arts, she is passionate about helping exceptional artists build meaningful, lasting careers.

Dr. Gu founded AMG to support talent whose work has both artistic excellence and a broader purpose. She is especially drawn to artists whose work advances the arts, social justice, and peacebuilding, and she is committed to helping them grow, connect, and thrive.
